America and Beyond
Rob’s just back from America where he joined his name-sake, Bob Halligan Jr, and members of Bob’s band Ceili Rain, Bill Beistine and Joe Davoli, for five dates in the North East.
He then went on to Sam’s Lil Bit of Heaven in Long Island for a last minute solo show which went down a storm.
Now back in the UK, feet firmly back on the ground, and having just played the Warwick Folk Festival, we’re heading for two key dates. The first is Scargill Fest on the 19th August, where Rob will be playing a show and talking to Adrian Plass. Then at the end of the month Rob and band will be performing at the Greenbelt Festival on Saturday evening in the Performance Cafe.
